In 1973 we, the Vimalites,extended oue services to Germany with the sincere help of Rev.Fr. Emmanuel Arackathottam CST. Sr. Vimala, Sr. Ranitta and Sr. Therese Maria were the First members who reached Germanyon 5^th November 1973 as  nursing students. After completing their studies in the year 1978-1979 they stayed with the German sisters in three houses and started their ministry of nursing. Sr. Ranitta was with the Franciscan sisters in Kliniken Mariahilf. Three sisters came on 3^rd October 1981 and joined Sr. Ranitta at Kliniken Mariahilf for working in the field of nursing. After visiting USA Rev. Sr. Joviet, the provincial Superior of that time reached Germany on that day itself. Thus on 3^rd October 1981 Aachen Bishop Dr. Klaus Hermmerle established the first community of our own before the presence of our provincial superior. Sr. Ranitta was appointed as the first superior Hospital Director Mr. Kamman and Nursing Superintendent Sr. Caritas was interested in getting more sisters there. Arrangements were made and in 1983, 4 sisters came there. Under the good leadership of Sr. Ranitta about 15 sisetrs came there. When Kothamangalam. Vimala Province was divided and formed Nirmal Rani Province Idukki, the houses there three houses and 13 sisters are there in the nursing field.
